Director - Home Health and Hospice
Full-time or Part-time Registered Nurse position working 32-36 hours a week, plus 7-8 nights On-Call a month. Duties include planning, developing, implementing and evaluating home care services, programs and activities. Also responsible for in home visits and coordination of care for qualified patients.
An excellent base salary is offered for this position, which includes PTO and pension plan.
