SABETHA FAMILY PRACTICE WELCOMES MID-LEVELS TO PRACTICE

Beginning January, Levi Grimm, APRN, and Jennifer Voos, PA, will be providing part-time care at the Sabetha Family Practice. To make an appointment to be seen by either one, please call the Sabetha Family Practice at (785) 284-2141.

LEVI GRIMM, APRN
Levi received his Nursing degree at Baker University School of Nursing in 2013. He completed his Master's Program in Nursing at Graceland University School of Nursing in 2017 and began practicing as an APRN.

Levi, and his wife Jodi, are the parents of 4 children.

JENNIFER VOOS, PA
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Health Science, Physician Assistant degree from Wichita State University in July 2000. She has practiced as a Physician Assistant since August 2000. Jennifer maintains a board certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

When not working, Jennifer and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, hosting friends and family, serving in ministry, and cheering on the Bluejays.
