Social Worker - Social Services
Part-Time position working 2 or 3 days per week. Must be a LBSW licensed in the State of Kansas. Responsible for providing individuals and families with psychosocial support needed to cope with a variety of health conditions. This would include discharge planning, assisting with financial assistance forms, transportation and coordination with outside entities. May be required to travel to patients homes periodically.
An excellent base salary is offered for this position, which includes PTO and pension plan.
